Joe has over 25 years professional experience in the public and private sectors in Ireland, UK, Continental Europe, USA and East Africa. His experience covers fundraising, sales & marketing, operations, human resource management, strategic and policy. He is passionate about Ireland and enhancing its links to its diaspora – an estimated 70 million people around the globe have Irish ancestry.
Married with four children, leisure interests include tennis, golf, rugby, horse racing and Gaelic football.
