Boat Tours

Our small island is home to so many superb and exciting Boat Tours. From a Luxury Cruise along the River Shannon, to Dolphin Watching off the Kerry coastline to a Dublin Bay cruise there is an array of ways to explore our beautiful country.

Ireland’s most famous marine visitor is “Fungie” a bottlenose dolphin who has made the south west of Ireland his home for over 30 years. Fungie is also known as “The Dingle Dolphin.” There are several superb boat tours from the spectacular coastal town of Dingle to allow you to view and interact with Fungie. These tours also allow you to enjoy some of the most stunning coastal scenery in the world.

The Cliffs of Moher is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Europe. There are several superb boat tours that allow you to view these amazing 700 foot (215 metre) cliffs from a unique perspective in the Atlantic Ocean.

For those who are visiting the west of Ireland we strongly recommend a Boat Tour to the famous Aran Islands. This is a full day tour and includes a one hour boat tour each way to the islands. A visit to the Aran Islands is guaranteed to inspire and is like taking a trip back in time. You will enjoy spectacular scenery and a taste of Island life in Ireland.

One of the most enjoyable Boat adventures in Ireland is the “Viking Splash Tour.” This is a land and sea Dublin city tour which allows you to explore Dublin on a World War II amphibious vehicle!
The Dublin Bay Cruise is an idyllic 70-minute boat journey from Dun Laoghaire (south Dublin) to Howth (north Dublin). You will enjoy superb views of Dublin city, the Dublin Mountains, Dalkey Island, Martello Tower, Ireland’s Eye, Baily Lighthouse and Lambay Island on board a beautiful cruise boat.

A personal favourite of ours is a Luxury Cruise along the River Shannon allowing you to visit Athlone Castle, Conmacnoise and Portumna Castle. Sit back, relax, breath the fresh air and enjoy your boating adventure!
