Fresh local and seasonal produce is used and the result is a choice of sumptuous and delicious dishes that are bursting with flavour and will delight diners.

With three trendy and elegant themed lounges, guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to where to hang out and enjoy a drink. These signature lounges are uniquely designed, the Grand Salon has a calming ambience and is adorned by 300 twinkling mirror balls. The pink Ladies Lounge is definitely geared towards the female guests with its delicate and feminine touches, and strong pink colour. In stark contrast is the Gentleman's Lounge decorated in blue hues, it has a more masculine feel. Regardless of where guests choose they will find these lounges to be the ideal setting to meet and mingle. They are also perfect for casual dining with food served throughout the day and the menu features, a large selection of tasty light bites, delicious main meals and delectable sweet treats.

Afternoon Tea can also be taken in any of the lounges, a lovely decadent treat.

ESPA is a luxurious spa occupying two floors, on entering a haven of peace and tranquility awaits, in the sumptuous and luxuriating setting.
